The Diploma of community services opens many doors. It gives you a broad knowledge of community services and gives you endless job opportunities. On completion of this course I have found full-time employment working with in the industry. I am loving my new career!

My course content covered all my expectations and the lecturer’s extensive knowledge gave an honest reflection of what to expect when working within the field. They were always available to assist you with any questions and were both entertaining, interesting, professional and thoughtfully presented.

My course attracted a lot of lovely people that I still have contact with and assists you with creating a network of like minded colleagues. I enjoyed the course and would highly recommend it.

I have always had a drive and passion for helping others, and so I thought the Diploma of Community Services would be the perfect course for me to step foot into new job opportunities where I can do just that. It absolutely surpassed my expectations! I enjoyed every minute of it!

Since completing the Course, I am now working for myself as a Support Worker and helping those with disabilities. I love that I can make such a difference and a positive change to their lives, it is an incredibly rewarding a fulfilling job that I absolutely love doing every day.

My trainer was able to engage me in the material by using his fantastic sense of humour, his calm spoken and thoughtful delivery, and by using thought provoking questions to which really made us think and problem solve. My trainer made my time at Cultura incredibly enjoyable and pleasant!

I decided to enrol into the Diploma of Community Services because I wasn’t sure where in the industry I would best fit. I believed that this course would allow me to explore the full spectrum of opportunities that are available in the community services sector.

The structure and delivery of the course was handled in a professional and welcoming manner. Roughly 2 months into the course we had to change to online only because of COVID. Both our trainer and Cultura made the transition as seamless as possible.

The course delivered for me everything I was hoping to achieve and provided me with a solid direction that I wished to pursue in the Community Services sector, as a result I have secured employment as a Mental Health Support worker and Support Coordinator.

During my time at Cultura I found my trainer to be very knowledgeable on all the topics that we had to cover. He was able to share his thoughts from real world experience in Community Services sector, which for myself provided great insights and a more thorough understanding of the topics we had to cover.
