All qualification courses require access to a computer and the internet for course resources and assignment submissions. Computers and free internet (including wi-fi) is available at both campuses for student use. Students are also able to bring their own device into classes to take notes but this is not a requirement.

Cultura Training offers a supportive class environment that encourages student involvement and co-operation. The average class size is between 15 – 20 so that there is time for each student to receive direct support from our qualified trainers but also that the class remains large enough to cater for group learning.

There are two options for studying with Cultura Training:

Classroom Based

Trainers provide face to face learning at our two campuses, sharing in their vast industry knowledge and experience whilst also encouraging interactive and co-operative learning. Depending on the course, the class may occur during the day or after work hours in the early evening. This allows for classes to suit students other commitments and to encourage learning in support of work and family commitments.

Study at Work via a workplace-based traineeship

A number of our qualification courses allow for a traineeship to develop your skills while working. Our qualified and experienced trainers will visit you at your workplace to train either once a month or once a fortnight. Through the enrolment process, our team will customise the training to best suit your needs and the needs of your employer. If you need help finding an employer to undertake your traineeship, our team can also help you connect with one of our many partners. Traineeships can be one-on-one or also group training.

Cultura Training encourages feedback to continually improve the experience you have with us.

There are student surveys conducted during training to collect student feedback and suggestions for improvements. Topics covered in these surveys relate to the enrolment process, the suitability of the location, resources and equipment, the quality of training, your trainer, and support services. The results of these surveys are reviewed and included in a continuous improvement plan where the team will take action on survey results and any feedback received.

The government departments may also contact students to be part of a survey, audit or project in relation to your training. This provides feedback on the delivery of training across Victoria. These surveys are not mandatory and our team is able to confirm if you receive unverified requests for information.
